Re-compilation for later versions of BananaCom can be done for $50 per
recompilation.

Alternatives to site licensing:

   A)  BananaCom Custom - a version of BananaCom that has one phone number
       locked in.  $850 and you may pass out or sell as many copies as you
       like.

   B)  Quantity Discount - some people need multiple copies of BananaCom,
       but cannot afford enough to justify a re-compiled site license
       version.  For these people we offer a quantity discount of $15 ea.

Site license process:

   A)  Print, fill out and sign the form below.

   B)  Mail to us with an appropriate check.

   C)  We will mail back to you a special site license version of BananaCom
       along with a signed contract.

   D)  Distribute to your users according to the terms of the contract.
       Note that we have no problem with your users being geographically
       dispersed - the key is that you support your users and we support
       you.

                     BANANACOM SITE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is between Banana Programming, 1916 Brooks #205,
Missoula, MT 59801

and  ___________________________________________________________________,

located at  ____________________________________________________________,
hereafter referred to as Company, who agree as follows:

1)  Company shall pay Banana Programming a one-time fee of $________________
(U.S. Dollars) for a non-exclusive license to use the computer program
called BananaCom.

2)  Banana Programming will provide product support to one person,
hereafter referred to as Company Liaison.

3)  Banana Programming shall supply a customized version of BananaCom to
the Company which includes the statement "Licensed to (Company). For help,
please contact (Company Liaison) at (Company provided phone number)".

4)  Company shall have the right to copy, duplicate, distribute, and use
BananaCom on no more than (number of) _________ personal computers.

5)  Title to BananaCom and all related material is with Banana Programming.

6)  Company agrees to use its best efforts to prevent any and all
unauthorized persons from acquiring BananaCom.

7)  Banana Programming may terminate this Agreement on ten (10) days written
notice to Company if Company fails to comply with the terms and conditions
herein. If this Contract is terminated early Company shall return or
destroy all copies of BananaCom. Within thirty (30) days after early
termination of this Agreement, Company shall verify by letter to Paul
Wheaton that the original and all copies of BananaCom, in whatever form, in
part or in whole, have been returned to Banana Programming, or have been
destroyed.

8)  BananaCom is provided "as-is" and without warranty of any kind.  Paul
Wheaton disclaims any and all other warranties, express or implied, oral or
written, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for
a particular purpose. In no event shall Banana Programming be liable for any
incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever arising out of
use of the program or your relationship with Banana Programming, including
without limitation any or all damages for loss of profits, business
interruption, loss of information or any pecuniary loss, even if the author
has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9)  Regardless of the place of contracting, place of performance, or
otherwise, this Contract, and all amendments, modifications, alterations,
or supplements thereto, shall be governed by the law of the State of
Montana, as to the nature, validity, and interpretation thereof.
